Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the statutory right to return an order. Pieces printed to your own specification are excluded from it.
The period
You can withdraw from the order within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you receive the goods.
Sending the withdrawal before the period ends is enough to keep the deadline.
Exception for custom pieces
Goods made to customer specification or clearly tailored to personal needs are excluded from the right of withdrawal (§ 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 FAGG).
That covers figures with your lettering on the base and pieces printed to your dimensions or template. The note is on every affected product page and in the cart.
How to withdraw
An email to contact@fabianwimberger.at with the order number is enough. The model withdrawal form below can be used as well.
Send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing. The cost of the return is yours; inside Austria that is the usual postage.
Refunds
Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the goods or of the proof that they were sent back, using the payment method of the order.
If goods arrive damaged, the loss of value is assessed case by case.
