Shipping and payment

Shipping is free from €90.00.

Shipping costs

  • Sent with Austrian Post: untracked inside Austria, tracked everywhere else.
  • The exact cost for your destination is shown in the cart and again on the Stripe page before you pay.

Print and delivery time

  • Finished pieces are printed already and leave within 2 to 4 working days.
  • Commissions print after the order; the time is in the quote, usually 7 to 14 working days.
  • Several pieces in one order are posted together once everything is finished.

Payment

  • Payment runs through Stripe by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA direct debit.
  • Stripe handles the payment data. This server keeps the order number, amount, name, address and email, nothing else.
  • No account needed, no payment data stored here.

Packaging

  • Cardboard with paper padding, no plastic filler.
  • Small pieces travel in a padded box, resin pieces with foam around them.

Invoice and VAT

  • The invoice is in the parcel and also arrives by email.
  • No VAT is shown under the Austrian small-business scheme. For deliveries to other EU countries this is being checked with a tax advisor before the shop goes live.
