Hosting and log data
The site runs on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. On every request the web server processes the IP address, time, requested file, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system identifier and HTTP status code.
The purpose is delivery, technical security and error analysis. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating the site under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Cart in your browser
The cart lives only in your browser's local storage. No cookies are set and no cart data is sent to the server until you complete an order.
Order data
When you place an order, the order number, the ordered pieces with colour and lettering, the amount, name, delivery and invoice address, email address, payment method, status and timestamps are stored in a database on this server.
The purpose is processing and shipping the order, legal basis Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Invoice data is kept for seven years under statutory retention duties, all other order data until the warranty periods end.
Payment through Stripe
Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland, processes the payment. Payment data, name, address and email are transmitted to and processed by Stripe; card data never reaches this server.
Stripe may transfer data to the United States; that transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Shipping
For delivery, name, address and, if given, the email address are passed to Österreichische Post AG. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
Email delivery
Confirmations are sent through a self-hosted mailer on this server, delivering by SMTP directly to the recipient's mail provider. No third-party processor is involved.
Requests sent through the commission form are stored for handling and additionally delivered by email.
Abuse prevention
To limit spam, the endpoints for requests and orders process the IP address briefly in memory. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the data is discarded automatically once the window passes.
Tracking and external services
There are no analytics, tracking or marketing tools, no social media plugins and no external fonts. All fonts are served from this server.
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. A message to contact@fabianwimberger.at is enough.
Complaints go to the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40 to 42, 1030 Vienna.
